The performance of the Thirathen vocal group at the Hatzidaki Garden Theater was a success.

The performance of the thirathen vocal group was presented with great success on Saturday, July 8 at the Manos Hatzidakis garden theater in co-organization with the municipality of Heraklion. A large number of people attended the polyphonic show. In this performance, the Thirathen Vocal Group presented traditional songs, and not only, dedicated to women, from all over Greece and the wider region of the Balkans and the Mediterranean and then traveled from Western Europe to Mexico. Cross-border and cross-cultural songs were heard, which have as their common theme the woman in her widest manifestation and, in addition to the Greek language, songs were also heard in Bulgarian, Albanian, German-Jewish (Yiddish), Sephardic, Mexican, Arabic and in Turkish.
