Eftychia Mitritsa, comes on Friday, October 24th at 9:00 PM, together with guitarist Vasilis Ketentzoglou, to the music-loving venue of Thyrathen, in Heraklion, for a unique evening, made from the raw material of songs and the sheer power of the coexistence of a voice and a guitar.
The two of them, collaborators for several years, invite us to become one company, one voice, through songs that we have all loved and have illuminated our personal and collective moments. Songs by important creators, artistic, folk and rebetiko, come to life with sensitivity and dynamism and converse with songs from Eftychia’s personal discography, which have stood out, such as “Built”, “Every Dusk”, “Night Flowers”, as well as the most recent singles, “With Care” and “A Little Happiness”, which are a precursor to her next album.
Among the special moments of the evening are “The Turned Off Lantern” by G. Mitsakis and “Phaedra” by M. Theodorakis, songs that Eftychia and Vasilis have recorded as a duet, capturing a part of their artistic collaboration.
Through the proximity that the Thyrathen space ensures and the immediacy of their musical coexistence, the two promise us an evening full of beauty and emotion.
