Irini and Karolos are two experienced soloist musicians, playing and singing the traditional music of Crete.
They have a long experience in performing with their group "Paleina Seferia" and have collaborated with well-known composers such as Nicos Mamangakis, Vangelis Papathanassiou, Yiannis Markopoulos, Christos Leondis and soloists like Marios Frangoulis in Greece and worldwide.
In their latest project they are giving the first role in traditional wind and string instruments, like thiamboli (a kind of flute) and boulgari (a kind of tamboura).
They will play for us music that accompanies the traditional danses of syrto, pentozali... as well as rizitika and tabahaniotika songs and more.
