On Sunday, August 4 at 11 a.m., the closing ceremony of the World Council of Cretans conference will take place.
The Thirathen Museum has the honor and pleasure of hosting the closing ceremony of the World Council of Cretans entitled "Why Erotokritos in the 21st century in Crete and in the World?", during the visit there will be a guided tour of the Museum. where reports will be made both about the musical instruments of the area and the connection of any of them with the Cretan renaissance. At the same time, the vocal group of the Thirathen Vocal Group Museum is going to perform, among others, Erotokritos, while finally the students of the museum are going to play in the alleys of the village and a song will be performed.
